Can I Collect my item in Store?
Collect in Store? Yes! Our warehouse is open 10am-5pm Mon-Fri and you are free to collect your item from there. Please note that we require you to let us know you are coming in advance as it is a working warehouse and we'll have to make sure staff are available to greet you.
How do I track my item?
Track & Trace To track your item, you will be sent a unique tracking ID via e-mail upon your orders dispatch confirmation.
How long does it take for my item to be delivered?

no batteries are not included with this flash. You will need to purchase 4x AA batteries to use the flash.
are visico lights compatible with godox ?
Visico work on their own internal triggering system so cannot work with godox transmitters.
Can I buy spare batteries?
Yes the AD200 Pro comes with a large range of optional accessories including spare batteries.
Can I do newborn photography at my house?
Yes, you can do lots of newborn photography in your home. One of the benefits is you will already have lots of gifts and outfits from family and friends so will have an unlimited amount of props to use!
