AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
Any item may be returned within a 30 day returns period, starting from the day the goods are marked as 'delivered' by Lencarta's courier. Any and all goods must be as new and in a fully working, saleable condition. For exchange queries, please get in contact with a member of our fantastic team who can help you!
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN DELIVERY?
Any and all goods returned to Lencarta are solely the customer's responsibility. Selecting a return method via a tracked service is highly recommended for proof of delivery. Lencarta are not responsible for any return shipping charges unless the item is marked as 'DOA'. If you believe that your item is faulty, please contact our customer services for further assistance with returns and warranty fulfilment. Any costs incurred to Lencarta that are not pre-authorised may be deducted from the refund.
WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?
Lencarta will process all returned goods within 24 hours of being marked as delivered by the courier where applicable. Please allow a further 48 hours for the credit to appear onto your account.
CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND BY A DIFFERENT METHOD OF PAYMENT?
Unfortunately, Lencarta can only refund the customer via the same method of payment used for the item's purchase. Under no circumstances can this be changed. For example, if a customer was to pay via PayPal, this cannot be returned to a specific debit account.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
Please print out and complete the return form below and include this within the box of any items you wish to return. Please make sure any names and order numbers are fully visible on the form so that your return can be processed as smoothly as possible without delay.
Please make sure all original accessories and packaging are included and as-new as possible where applicable. Any items that are returned within the 30 day returns period that are not 'DOA' which are damaged or missing accessories may cause deductions to the processed refund.
Any items returned communicated as being returned within the 30-day period have 14 days to arrive back at Lencarta's Return Centre. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure proof of dispatch and delivery are available to reduce any delays or inconvenience during the returns process.
Please make sure the item is as secure and safe as possible during its return period. Any items that arrive damaged in any way are not the responsibility of Lencarta unless specifically stated before dispatch.
