At Lencarta we believe in our products. We also believe in providing the best customer service possible. That is why we go the extra mile when it comes to warranties.
Most retailers only offer the basic 1-year warranty that is provided by the item’s manufacturer. At Lencarta, we offer this 1-year warranty and in the case of our Godox, Feyutech, VISICO and Lencarta products, add an extra year making 2 years total warranty*. This is fulfilled by us at our UK based Repair Centre. See below for a detailed breakdown of our warranties for each brand.
Most companies only fulfil 1 year factory-based warranties and do this by shipping the faulty items straight back to the original manufacturer. Often the manufacturer is based outside of the UK and it takes months to send the defective item abroad, for it then to be fixed, and then eventually shipped back to the UK. At Lencarta, we have our very own in-house UK based repair centre, and are in fact the only official UK based repair centre for Godox and Feiyutech. In the unlikely event that your equipment is not performing optimally, in 99% of cases we will examine and fix the equipment here in the UK at our Repair Centre.
In addition to the extra year warranty provided by Lencarta, we also offer customers the chance to extend their total warranty length by either 12 or 24 months. This can be done with the purchase and activation of our Warranty Extension Cards within the first month of purchasing an applicable item from us. Customers can feel safe that their equipment is covered for up to 4 years from the purchase date.

Terms and Conditions
Any warranty provided is wholly supported and fulfilled by Lencarta, beginning from the date the product arrives with you, the customer, and ending on the exact date corresponding to the number of years the warranty covers. The warranty will cover any and all defects caused by manufacturing errors which could include material wear and tear, workmanship defects or broken components under normal standard use. The warranty provided will not cover accidental damage caused by connecting said goods to unstable electrical supplies (such as electricity generators), goods being physically damaged such as being dropped, water damage or loss and theft. The warranty also does not cover any signs of the component being opened by an untrained and unauthorised person that is not a highly skilled, professional Lencarta technician. This will invalidate the warranty completely. In case of warranty fulfilment, the product will be comprehensively covered, serviced, and repaired right here in the United Kingdom. Lencarta will repair the product at no further cost to yourself whilst the goods are still under warranty. Lencarta will repair any broken parts of the goods using new or replacement parts and if Lencarta is unable to do this, the product will be exchanged with a new product of similar specifications or if not - greater at Lencarta's full discretion and choice. Lencarta will not be held responsible for any costs incurred or loss of goods during transit to the Warranty Fulfilment Centre in so which Lencarta recommend sending any and all returns via a tracked shipping service for proof of delivery. Your legal rights are not affected by the Terms and Conditions of this warranty.
