Returning an Item

What is the Returns Policy?

In brief, unless the item is damaged or not working in any way, you are liable for returning the item to us within 30 days.

When will my Refund be processed?

Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of your item being returned to us. From then, please leave a further 48 working hours for the funds to be returned to your account.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

Please print out and complete the return form below and include this within the box of any items you wish to return. Please make sure any names and order numbers are fully visible on the form so that your return can be processed as smoothly as possible without delay.

Please make sure all original accessories and packaging are included and as-new as possible where applicable. Any items that are returned within the 30 day returns period that are not 'DOA' which are damaged or missing accessories may cause deductions to the processed refund.

Any items returned communicated as being returned within the 30-day period have 14 days to arrive back at Lencarta's Return Centre. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure proof of dispatch and delivery are available to reduce any delays or inconvenience during the returns process.

Please make sure the item is as secure and safe as possible during its return period. Any items that arrive damaged in any way are not the responsibility of Lencarta unless specifically stated before dispatch.
