Will I have to wait for a Repair?

If you have had your item for LESS THAN 30 DAYS, you do not need to wait for your item to be repaired. Simply get in touch with the team and we will return the item with carriage paid and exchange your item immediately.

Should your item be OLDER THAN 30 DAYS, we will return the item with carriage paid and have the item repaired which can take up to 4 working days. We will then post your item back to you or swap this item immediately.
