How can I check the status of my order?

Once you have logged into 'My Account' you will be greeted with your most recent orders. Each of your orders will show the current status.

Order received??- Your order has been received by us and is awaiting processing.??
Order processing??- Your order is currently being processed. If you have selected a future delivery date, your order will not be processed until the day before the scheduled delivery date.
Order processed??- Your order has been packed and is awaiting collection by the courier or royal mail.
Despatched??- Your order has left our warehouse and on its way to you. You'll receive an email confirming despatch which will also include delivery tracking information.

How can I track my order once it's been dispatched?

All orders will need to be signed for. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse for delivery, you will receive an email which will include tracking information.

With DPD, Royal Mail or Parcel Force you are opted to enter your mobile phone number or e-mail address for delivery updates, you will receive;

  • Day of delivery (SMS) advising that the parcel will be delivered that day, providing the option to reschedule to an alternative day or opt for neighbour or a Post-Office collection.

  • Pre-delivery notification (SMS) advising customers of their one hour delivery time window.

  • Notification e-mail advising you of your delivery date.??

What happens if I am not available for the delivery?

If no-one is at home, the courier may attempt to leave parcels with a neighbour or leave the item in a safe place unless the item is particularly expensive. If they do not leave the parcel, this will be taken to a local depot for a second attempt or a local pick up shop. You should receive a card through your door with instructions if this is the case.

How can I cancel my order?

If you would sadly like to cancel your order, simply get in touch with the team on +44 (0) 1274 678842 and immediately inform us of your cancellation. You may also do this via Livechat or our e-mail at [email protected]

If I place an order for an out of stock item, when do you take the payment?

If you make a pre-order, payment will be taken immediately in full to reserve your item.

I have an order on backorder, when will I receive it?

It is not always possible to obtain a date from our suppliers. If you would like us to try and obtain a date from our suppliers please contact us.

We will dispatch orders automatically, once all the items are in stock, by the delivery method selected at the time the order was placed.??

Part of my order is in stock, can the in stock items be shipped to me?

Yes! All of your items will be automatically split and you will receive the in-stock items now with your pre-order items to follow. Should you not want this to happen, please get in touch!

I would like to obtain a copy of my invoice

If you require a copy of your sales invoice, these are available to download and print directly from your account.?? At the top of our website, if you can click the 'My Account' link and then log in using your registered email address and password.

Once you have logged into your account, a list of your orders will be shown.?? Simply click the order you want a receipt for and the order will expand showing the items ordered along with a downloadable invoice.
