Whats the main difference between the AD300 and AD400 Pro?

Main difference is power as there is 100Ws between each flash. Portability is also another big difference as the AD300 Pro is much smaller, lighter and portable whereas the AD400 Pro is more similar to a studio flash however it is still fully portable. Both come with hard cases for protection and transport.
