How do I return my item for Repair?

Here at Lencarta, we boast our very own in-house repair centre right here in the United Kingdom! This is manned by factory-trained technicians and officially sanctioned by the manufacturers themselves - including Godox, FeiyuTech, Visico and more! To return your item to us for repair, simply go to our repair page found HERE, fill in the form and post your item to us!

How long does my Repair take?

Although we try to be as fast as we can, repairs can take up to 1 working week to be diagnosed, worked on, repaired and returned.

How do you get in touch?

Our technicians will invite you to our online repair dashboard called Repairshopr. Please check your spam folder regularly for any communications that may come through from our technicians.
