Hi there!

Lencarta makes photographic lighting equipment for both studio and location use. But we do a lot more than just make it, we use it too.
We have our own fully equipped studio and we have both staff and associates who are experienced advertising/commercial and social photographers, their expertise helps us to constantly improve our products, for the benefit of our customers. It’s our lifetime experience of high end pro photography, our passion for lighting and our commitment to providing the very best possible customer service that separates Lencarta from the rest.

And because we know our stuff, we’ve produced this Learning Centre with nearly 200 lighting tutorials (written by both our own staff and by our talented customers) that tell and show you exactly how to overcome a wide range of lighting challenges and improve your lighting. Only our High Speed Flash tutorials are specific to Lencarta, all of the others  are about lighting generally and explain both the challenges and the solutions.

Keeping it real. The trend with most online tutorials and videos is to show finished work, after image processing. We don’t do that, because we believe that it’s far more helpful to show the images as they look out of camera – retouching is something that needs to be done, but later. So, you will be able to achieve the results as our photographers – and you will know that if you don’t, it’s down to lighting technique not to anything else.

There are various categories to click on – Lighting Tutorial, Location Lighting and Studio Lighting And there’s Lencarta News too, this is where we talk about new products and improvements to our service.
