Our Lencarta Pro scheme launched earlier this year and we are excited to be rewarding our customers for EVERY purchase made on our website as of February 2021!
The idea behind this plan is simple, and it has been designed to be just as easy to use and engage with! Once you have created an account and signed in, any purchase you make will add rewards points to your account for you to use on ANY future purchases. For every pound spent you will earn 1 reward point (equal to 1p). These points can be saved over time to give our customers a discount on their future purchases!
Points apply to any product in our range, across all brands (Godox, Lencarta, Feiyutech, Boya, etc) and across all ranges (including our refurbished range)! This means that every addition to your kit will be earning you money off your next.
Where Can I apply My Points?
To apply any current points to your next purchase, you simply fill your basket and go into the payment page. The option to apply your points will be visible here for you to use on any purchase. If you want to continue saving, simply ignore this option and the points will continue to stack.
How Do I Check my Points Balance Online?
To check your points balance, simply login to your account on our website, and select the Rewards Points tab on the left-hand side of your account portal. This section will give you all of the information you need about your rewards points, as well as your current balance. This balance will grow and fall depending on how you use your points. You can also give us a ring to check your balance.
Am I Still Eligible For a Refund If I use Points?
Yes, our 30 days return policy is accessible for any orders placed on our website and so even if points were used, you can return the item to us. You will be refunded for the price you paid however and not the full price of the item, and the points earned on the purchase will be deducted from your account.
Do The Points Apply To Old Orders?
The points system launched on the 1st of February 2021 and only applies to orders placed prior to this date. Any orders placed before this date do not qualify for any points to be applied.
What Do I Do If I Placed An Order But Forgot To Login?
If you placed an order but forgot to log in, you can get in touch with our customer service team via live chat, email or phone. We can check on your order and upload the points manually for you. We cannot, however, offer a refund and deduct points from an order that has already been placed. Therefore, if you intend to spend your reward points, please make sure you are logged in to access this feature.
