AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
Any item may be returned within a 30 day returns period, starting from the day the goods are marked as 'delivered' by Lencarta's courier. Any and all goods must be as new and in a fully working, saleable condition. For Exchange queries, please get in contact with a member of our fantastic team who can help you!
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
Please print out and complete the return form below and include this within the box of any items you wish to return. Please make sure any names and order numbers are fully visible on the form so that your return can be processed as smoothly as possible without delay.
Please make sure all original accessories and packaging are included and as-new as possible where applicable. Any items that are returned within the 30 day returns period that are not 'DOA' which are damaged or missing accessories may cause deductions to the processed refund.
Any items returned communicated as being returned within the 30 day period have 14 days to arrive back at Lencarta's Return centre. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure proof of dispatch and delivery are available to reduce any delays or inconvenience during the returns process.
Please make sure the item is as secure and safe as possible during it's return period. Any items that arrive damaged in any way are not the responsibility of Lencarta unless specifically stated before dispatch.
