Our Lencarta Light Stand 360cm can handle anything you throw at it. Soaring to an impressive 360cm (3.6m) of fully adjusted height, and still able to support 5kg safely. The lightweight, versatile stand has been built with the patented nylon locking mechanism. Gone are the days of over-tightening, gone are the days of damaging your light stand the more you use it, and gone are the days of damaging flash heads when lowering the stand's height. With a simple, small twist the virtually unbreakable nylon locking mechanism will safely and securely hold the light stand in position. Simply untwist and watch your equipment safely be lowered with the unique air dampening technique

A special benefit of this stand is the amazing stability compared to other stands in the market. Built with high-quality materials and careful construction, but also the design contributes massively to its stability. With an extra-large footprint of 95cm, any weight you put on the stand is spread over a large area and is extremely well balanced which is always a very important safety feature.

This stand has 3 heavy-duty sections, which when reduced to its minimum size takes up no more space than a normal light stand, but allows it to be extended to a massive 3.6m metres, perfect for when high angle lighting is required. When used at height, it's always good practice to use sandbags or similar weights to increase safety and stability. We have also designed this stand with a removable spigot, allowing it to be positioned either vertically or horizontally, it is also double-ended and offers you the choice of both 1/4" and 3/8" threads, allowing it to be screwed into the screw thread of a hot shoe flashgun, or into the threaded foot supplied with most flashguns.

Another great and versatile feature about this patented light stand is the unique coarsely threaded unbreakable nylon locking mechanism which replaces the traditional method of using a metal screw that bears against the inner column, which inevitably scratches and marks the metal whilst causing stress on the screw heads. Our unique patented mechanism replaces this, locking the stand into position with ease, with no risk of overtightening, causing stress, or damaging the light stand by locking it in position.

Foldable and Transportable

Easy to transport thanks to the folded size and weight of 110cm. This light stand can fit into most large kit bags and is great to use on location and in the studio.
