I already have soft boxes and umbrellas will these work with the AD400 Pro?

Yes if you are shooting on godox fit softboxes these will work directly with the AD400 Pro. If you are wanting to use a bowens fit softbox/adapter you will need to attach the separate bowens speedring. The umbrellas can be attached with the light stand adapter included on the flash.
