The kit is chain-driven and can be fixed to any solid wall, ceilings, or light stands. It can also be fixed in position to suit all widths of background, and although the diameter of the cardboard, plastic, or metal cores supplied with backgrounds can be variable, this isn’t a problem because of the knobs at the end of each fixing turn. This expands the diameter of the grips to suit the inside diameter of the background core. The chains can be shortened if required, simply by removing unwanted links and each chain includes a heavy counterbalance weight.
