My deepest apologies I have just realised that I never got back to you to thank you for your assistance last month with my faulty flash head.

I am extremely grateful for your help and overseeing of the replacement - I have been greatly impressed with the professionalism of Lencarta during the whole matter; there was no obstacles thrown in the way, immediate response and replacement sent and all done in a pleasant and attentive fashion.
